Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnapSpend, a receipt scanning and personal expense tracking app operated by Noor Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using SnapSpend, you agree to these Terms.
Service
SnapSpend helps you scan receipts, extract expense information, organize spending, manage tags and categories, generate analytics, export data, and optionally back up your information. Receipt extraction may be imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your data.
Accounts
You must create an account to use SnapSpend. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Free and Premium Features
SnapSpend may offer a free tier with monthly scan limits. Premium and Family Plan subscriptions may unlock additional features such as unlimited scans, advanced analytics, exports, themes, backup tools, and family sharing. Available features may change over time.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions may be offered monthly, annually, or through other plans shown in the service. Payment processing depends on the platform or checkout used for purchase, such as Apple App Store, Google Play where available, or trusted web billing providers. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by the payment provider used for purchase under its policies.
User Content
You keep ownership of receipt images, receipt data, categories, tags, and other content you add to SnapSpend. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and back up that content only as needed to provide and improve SnapSpend.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SnapSpend for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to bypass scan quotas, subscriptions, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app or backend services.
- Use automated tools to scrape, attack, or misuse SnapSpend.
Third-Party Services
SnapSpend may integrate with services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Microsoft authentication, Google Drive, OneDrive, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store, and web payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
No Financial Advice
SnapSpend is a personal organization tool. It is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking data accuracy before using it for decisions, tax filings, reimbursements, or accounting.
Termination and Deletion
You may delete your account from the app or request deletion at https://getsnapspend.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimers
SnapSpend is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that extracted receipt data will always be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SnapSpend. Our total liability for any claim related to SnapSpend will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of SnapSpend after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
